The UHO have enjoyed an interesting year in 2024 having undertaken a large variety and styles of concerts. Our most challenging yet most satisfying concert was "a touch of classical". This was a challenge to the orchestra as we were undertaking a program full of classical music, something we have not done before. Yet this allowed us to enjoy the talents of many new members of the Orchestra, including a talented singer.
In this Christmas concert we plan to celebrate past and recent successes and joys. We will be celebrating the message of Christmas, one of Hope and one of the future with promise of good things. In this message of Hope we will bring the blend of Christmas music and past delights. We will have classical and big band, male and vocal soloists and of course the whole orchestra performing at their best. We plan to start your Christmases with a party atmosphere.
